For a one-time fee of $1,800, Kayla Moran Law will conduct comprehensive clearance searches for up to three-word marks (a $2,700 value), provide an opinion letter for each one and a virtual consultation to review the results.
If you proceed with the application process, the drafting and filing service is available for an additional $1,600 plus filing fees* due upon submission to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
